Tented Camp in the Damaraland
Buruxa Camp is a Tented Camp in the Damaraland, situated in the breathtaking scenery of the granite hills and bush savannah on the banks of the mostly dry Ugab river bed.
Buruxa Camp offers accommodation with dinner, bed and breakfast in 18 canvas safari tents and 4 honeymoon tents. The tents are built on wooden platforms and have en-suite facilities. Close to the dinner area of the camp with bar and lounge area, visitors will find a nice swimming pool with views of the beautiful landscape.
Buruxa Camp offers nature drives (need to be pre-booked) into the Ugab valley and riverbeds with opportunities to search for the elusive desert elephants, which are roaming around freely between the Ugab and Aba-Huab rivers.
