Immenhof Guestfarm is located in the Erongo region near Omaruru and enjoys a strategically convenient position between Windhoek, Swakopmund, and Etosha National Park. The vast landscape surrounding the farm is characterized by open plains, thorn bush savannas, dry riverbeds, and striking granite formations typical of this part of Namibia. Immenhof offers nine individually designed guest rooms with modern bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the surrounding nature. A cozy lounge with bar, a well-kept garden, and a swimming pool create a relaxed atmosphere for individual travelers, families, and small groups.

Activities and tours at Immenhof Guestfarm
Morning and afternoon farm tours provide insights into the history of the farm, the wildlife, and the vegetation of the region. The excursions lead through impressive granite landscapes to the so-called “singing rocks,” ancient rock engravings, and historic rock paintings that point to early hunter-gatherer cultures in southern Africa. Some of these archaeological sites are regarded as exceptionally rare in Namibia and hold cultural significance far beyond the region itself.
Numerous wildlife species live in the surrounding area, including eland antelopes, kudus, and Damara dik-diks. Namibia’s central location also provides remarkable bird diversity. The activities are complemented by guided nature walks and relaxed horseback rides through the bush landscape, suitable even for beginners. Sundowner drives to the granite hilltops of the farm are also popular, offering impressive panoramic views across the vast Erongo landscape.
