It is just 0.5 km from the desert, 1.5 km from the town center, and 2.5 km from the ocean – offering guests far more sunshine than directly on the coast, where fog often lingers longer.
The holiday home features two double bedrooms and one children’s bedroom with three beds, as well as two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate section with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a private garden. The property is cozy, sunny, and set in a peaceful residential area, making it ideal for families or small groups of up to four adults and three children. MK Oasis is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Room rates are based on a minimum stay of three nights and include final cleaning, utilities, and service. Due to the tranquil location, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be respected.
When booking the entire property, a cash deposit of N$ 3,000 is required before check-in. This deposit will be refunded in cash immediately after a joint final inspection, provided no rent is outstanding and no damages have occurred.
