Naankuse Lodge is located in a 3200 hectare private wildlife sanctuary about 45 km northeast of Windhoek. The ecotourism accommodation, whose income benefits the charity species and nature conservation projects of the N/a’an ku sê Foundation, is perfect for the start or end of an exciting Namibia trip due to its proximity to Windhoek.
The main area of Naankuse Lodge, with its award-winning restaurant, bar and swimming pool, comprises six spacious en-suite chalets with private verandas and beautiful bush views. Spread across the property there are nineteen luxury family villas, each on their own plot, with kitchen and living areas and with pleasant privacy. A frisk walk away from the main lodge offers the Naankuse Bush Camp a budget option with its own restaurant, pool and fourteen rustic stilt tents with an outdoor bath and a wooden deck.
The numerous activities such as game drives, guided hikes, bird watching, dog training, elephant and rhino tracking or feeding of big cats guarantee an unforgettable stay.
