The Tropic of Capricorn Guest Farm is located on a working farm south of Windhoek, near Rehoboth and only 6 km from the landmark "Tropic of Capricorn". In addition to farm animals, various smaller animals and birds are part of the farm life and contribute to the natural atmosphere. Thanks to its convenient location along the route between Namibia’s capital and the southern regions of the country, it is an ideal and relaxing stopover for travellers heading to or returning from the south.

The guestfarm offers comfortable guest rooms with private bathrooms, seating areas, tea and coffee facilities, safes, desks, and private terraces or verandas overlooking the surrounding greenery. The accommodation is complemented by compact dome tents for guests looking for a more authentic nature experience. These tents are equipped with comfortable beds, and each unit has access to a separate private bathroom located nearby.
The stylishly designed main building forms the social centre of the guestfarm, featuring a restaurant, bar, and comfortable lounge areas. Breakfast and dinner are served here, while the terrace and well-maintained garden provide inviting spaces to relax. On warm days, the outdoor swimming pool offers refreshing moments, and in the evening, the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere beneath Namibia’s exceptionally clear starry sky. Outdoor seating areas, shaded garden spaces, as well as complimentary parking and Wi-Fi in the public areas complete the facilities.
