Highlights in the Sossusvlei region

This page provides an overview of activities, highlights and sights of the Sossusvlei region, one of the trade marks in Namibia. The large Namib Naukluft Park offers exciting destinations, for example the Sossusvlei with the world's highest sand dunes or the dead vlei, a clay pan with hundreds camelthorn tree skelettons. Several unique guided Hiking Trails can be done in the Sossusvlei region. Furthermore the Sesriem Canyon and the Duwisib Castle are worth a visit.
