Exclusive Boutique Hotel in Windhoek

Olive Exclusive is located in a quiet residential area of Windhoek on the outskirts of the city. As the capital's first ultra-luxurious all-suite hotel, this intimate retreat combines contemporary design with an unmistakably African spirit. Natural materials, organic shapes and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability define the atmosphere throughout the property. Rough wood, natural stone and photographs of Namibia's landscapes create an elegant yet welcoming ambience that extends to every corner of the hotel.

Accommodation at Olive Exclusive

The hotel features seven individually designed suites, each inspired by a different region of Namibia and reflecting its character through colours, photography and carefully selected decorative elements. The three Junior Suites offer spacious living areas with either a super king-size bed or twin beds, a private courtyard and comfortable outdoor seating areas. The four Premier Suites enjoy a prime position overlooking the olive grove and the valley beyond. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping views, while expansive wooden decks with sun loungers and a private plunge pool invite guests to relax in complete privacy. In addition to a separate lounge area, the suites feature a dining space, a fireplace and luxurious bathrooms equipped with a freestanding bathtub, underfloor heating and a selection of eco-friendly amenities. All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, complimentary Wi-Fi, a laptop, minibar, Nespresso machine, premium cotton bed linen and bathrobes.

At the heart of the communal areas is the hotel's stylish restaurant, where seasonal dishes with creative flair are served either in the elegant indoor dining room or on the terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. The facilities are complemented by a well-stocked bar featuring fine whiskies, a cosy lounge and a sun terrace with a swimming pool set within beautifully landscaped gardens.
