The Brigadoon Boutique Guesthouse is located in the charming coastal town of Swakopmund, just a few minutes’ walk from the Atlantic Ocean. Situated in a quiet position on Ludwig Koch Street, guests can easily reach the Kristall Galerie, the famous The Mole, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops in the historic town centre. The heart of the guesthouse is a lovingly restored captain’s house dating back to 1912, which reopened in April 2023 after extensive renovations.

Accommodation at Brigadoon Boutique Guesthouse
The guesthouse offers seven individually designed guest rooms ranging in size from 15 to 30 square metres. Three rooms are located in the main house, while four additional rooms are set within the well-kept garden area and provide direct access to the lush inner courtyard. Since 2024, the accommodation options have been expanded with a family room consisting of one double room and a separate bedroom with two single beds. All rooms feature a private terrace with seating area, minibar, safe, and hairdryer.
The main house includes an elegant breakfast area, a cosy lounge, and the reception. A generous breakfast ensures a pleasant start to the day, while coffee and tea are available at any time. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry service, and secure parking facilities. The landscaped garden at the centre of the property creates a peaceful and private atmosphere, inviting guests to relax and unwind.

Swakopmund is considered the adventure capital of Namibia and is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities. Popular excursions include trips into the fascinating desert landscapes of the Namib Desert, boat cruises on the Walvis Bay Lagoon, guided tours through the so-called “Living Desert,” and excursions to the spectacular Moon Landscape. Relaxed walks along the coastline or through the historic town centre also offer unforgettable impressions.
