The family-run Jansen Kalahari Guest Farm is situated about 50 km east of Kalkrand in the southern Kalahari of Namibia, on Farm Panama 182, a working cattle and sheep farm surrounded by red sand dunes and wide open savannas. Activities and tours at Jansen Kalahari Guest Farm
Guided sundowner drives through the dune landscape are particularly popular, allowing guests to observe wildlife while enjoying spectacular sunsets over the savannah. Early morning game drives are equally rewarding, as the first rays of sunlight illuminate the red dunes of the Kalahari. Nature walks, birdwatching and photography excursions are also available, alongside fascinating night-time scorpion walks that introduce visitors to the unique wildlife of the desert. Thanks to the minimal light pollution, the region is also ideal for exceptional stargazing experiences.
