At the foot of the majestic Brandberg Mountain, about 30 km northwest of Uis, lies Brandberg White Lady Lodge. Nestled in the dry riverbed of the Ugab and surrounded by shady trees, the lodge offers its guests an impressive backdrop of rugged rock formations, wide savannah landscapes, and Namibia’s highest mountain. Since opening in the early 2000s, the lodge has offered visitors peace, space, and the unique atmosphere of Damaraland rather than overdone luxury.

The heart of the property is the open main building of Brandberg White Lady Lodge. It features a restaurant, two swimming pools, and a bar – an inviting meeting place to unwind after an eventful day and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Activities and tours at Brandberg White Lady Lodge
The famous “White Lady” rock painting on Brandberg is one of Namibia’s best-known prehistoric attractions and a highlight for visitors interested in culture and history. Guided hikes lead through spectacular rocky landscapes to this historic testimony of ancient San rock art. Equally impressive are game drives into the Ugab riverbed, where lucky visitors may spot desert elephants, oryx antelopes, or ostriches. Sundowner drives through Damaraland offer unforgettable views of the glowing colours of the setting sun.
