Camp south of Outjo
Sasa Safari Camp is located in the Ugab Valley, approximately 8 km south of Outjo in Namibia’s Kunene Region. Due to its location between the Pareisis Mountains and the well-known Etosha region, the camp is an ideal stopover on the way to Etosha National Park or a convenient base for exploring the diverse landscapes of northern Namibia. The surrounding area of vast bushland and untouched natural scenery offers peace and relaxation away from the main tourist routes.

Accommodation at Sasa Safari Camp
Guests can choose from ten bungalows with private bathrooms. The accommodation units are comfortably equipped and feature private outdoor areas overlooking the surrounding greenery. In addition, the camp offers shaded camping sites for travellers with their own equipment. The central area of the camp includes a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool, providing a refreshing break after long drives or excursions. Guests also have access to communal facilities such as barbecue areas and a shared kitchen. The relaxed atmosphere of the camp invites visitors to spend the evening enjoying a sociable gathering.
Activities and tours at Sasa Safari Camp
The natural vegetation surrounding the camp and its peaceful location in the Ugab Valley provide excellent opportunities for observing wildlife and birds. A walking trail leads through the landscape around the camp, allowing guests to experience nature at close range. Excursions to Etosha National Park can also be arranged. Other worthwhile attractions in the surrounding area include the impressive Vingerklip rock formation, the Petrified Forest and various other sights of the region. A volleyball court on the premises provides an additional leisure activity for guests.
